OneGoal is a coalition of teachers, school leaders, students, and postsecondary leaders who are committed to ensuring all students – not just those at the very top of their class or with the most resources – can have a real opportunity to realize their college dreams.

Getting into college is an incredible accomplishment for all students, but graduation is the ultimate goal. OneGoal will walk alongside you and your student to help them build their vision of success, find and enroll in the right college or other postsecondary pathway for them, develop a financial plan, and help them strengthen their skills and mindsets to succeed.

Our support continues through the first year of their postsecondary education to ensure your student can overcome challenges and is set up to earn their degree or credential.

Our People + Stories

There’s no single profile for OneGoal Fellows. They have diverse academic experiences and postsecondary ambitions, and might not yet believe college is an option, but are driven to build a future with choices and opportunity for themselves and their communities.

OneGoal Program Directors are excellent high school teachers who teach a variety of subjects in public schools. They believe deeply in the potential of all students and are inspired to see their students succeed.

OneGoal partners with high schools in California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin.
